The challenge
Engineer-to-order work doesn't fit standard ERPs. Each order is a bespoke project, and CANDRON was running it across spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and memory.
What we did
The approach.
Model the project as the spine
Not the invoice, not the SKU — the project. Everything else hangs off it, which is how the business actually thinks.
Traceability as a graph
Every component links back to its batch, test certificate and inspector, so a five-year-old warranty claim resolves in minutes.
Multi-tenant from day one
Built so additional plants onboard without a fork.
Got a version of this problem?
Tell us where it hurts. We will tell you what we would do and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.
